Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are typically:

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Free standard shipping is available on orders over a certain amount — see checkout for current thresholds.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by location and are typically 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Parcels
